Location: Ocala, FL - Specialty: Nurse Practitioner, Family
AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Float Advanced Practice Providers to join our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for providers who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work–life balance. In this role, you will work closely with other Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.
Float Regions:
- Polk County
- Lake County

AdventHealth CentraCare is seeking motivated Mobile Float Advanced Practice Providers to join our team. This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity within a rapidly growing clinical service that supports professional development, collaboration, and work-life balance.
We specialize in family medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, and corporate medicine. Our fully equipped centers are open seven days a week and provide comprehensive, non-appointment-based care. This includes on-site X-rays, laboratory services, and prescription dispensing, with accessibility at the heart of our mission.
