Location: Eustis, FL - Specialty: Family Medicine, General
AdventHealth Well 65+ is seeking a Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to provide personalized, high-quality care to patients 65 years and older in a value-based, Medicare Advantage practice focused on quality, outcomes, and meaningful patient relationships.
We have a growing network of community-based practices. Our Physicians benefit from a well-established, integrated health system that ensures seamless access to hospitals, specialists, and coordinated care resources, allowing patients to thrive through comprehensive care.

AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team and is now offering a $30,000 sign-on bonus. This role offers a supportive practice environment, broad clinical exposure, and the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance. Our model focuses on delivering comprehensive care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. We place a strong emphasis on patient-centered care within the network through patient engagement, digital health tools, cultural sensitivity, and accessible locations.

• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
• Provide clinical supervision to Advanced Practice Providers and care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Qualifications
• Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine; board-eligible candidates will be considered if certification can be obtained before hire
• Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C)
• Comfortable with minor office-based procedures
• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain before hire
• DEA license or ability to obtain before hire
• BLS required; ACLS (preferred)

Location: Haines City, FL - Specialty: Family Medicine, without OB
AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a Part-Time Float, outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for physicians who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work–life balance.
In this role, you will work closely with Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.
This Provider will need to be able to work 18-30 hours per week and be available to work full weekday and weekend shifts.
